I help companies communicate
and navigate change.

I am a brand strategist, writer and crisis navigator. I’ve worked in-house, in agencies and in tech. I’ve spent half my life in the US, half in the UK and Ireland. I’ve loved managing large teams and independently leading major workstreams. I have 15+ years of strategic communications experience.

Twitter

2012 – Current

I joined Twitter as one of the earliest UK employees and have held a variety of senior roles within our Brand & Creative Strategy Department. From running the UK and EMEA teams, to pivoting into a Global Strategic Role - I have had the privilege of a front seat on this incredible rocket ship. I’m proudest of leading award winning creative teams (the best in the business), of driving Global Thought Leadership research projects which debuted on the stage at Cannes, of crafting pitches which punched above their weight and got a smaller platform a place on the plan, of partnering with the world’s best brands on creative activations, campaigns and insight driven strategy & planning - and of helping our own business navigate change and tell our story post-acquistion.

Omnicom

2007–2015

I cut my teeth in Global & Regional Account Management roles at Omnicom supporting PepsiCo International and Sony Europe.

I led internal & executive communications for the sales and revenue team within Thomson Reuters.
